 45 minute Individual/Family session with Clinical Therapist : $100

Initial Evaluation session with Clinical Therapist: $140

   Limited Sliding Scales available:

Sliding scales are available based on yearly income and family size or necessity/ability to pay.  

Available only if your insurance is not accepted or you are uninsured.

If you do not see your insurance listed, I can provide an OON Superbill for you to attempt reimbursement from your provider.

Hormone Replacement Therapy and Gender Confirmation Surgery Letter of support

50 minute Evaluation Session plus : $140 (for private pay) or typical copay applies if using insurance.  

​Letter: $75

U-Visa and Hardship Waiver evaluations

             2-2.5 hours assessment plus comprehensive letter, including all evaluations provided to your attorney.  $700

T-Visa and Political Asylum evaluations:

For most cases, your attorney will ask for ongoing sessions. Regular private pay fees apply or you can use health insurance if eligible, for ongoing sessions.  Evaluation letter: $400.

Case Management

Time including letters and meetings outside of 15 minutes will be charged prorated based on the full hourly rate, including travel/wait time.  This often includes IEP meetings, teacher meetings, etc. 

​

Court Appearances

Court appearances are charged even if court is cancelled or postponed 3 business days or less than the scheduled time. Court appearances are charged at the rate of $200 per hour including wait and travel time, with a minimum of 2 hours.  If a specific time for testifying is not able to be provided, then a rate of $800 will be charged for half day and $1600 for a full day.
